Offered is this fun set of 12 antique silver charms designed to make your own cake pulls.
An easy DIY project, just add a jump ring to the charm, then thread a narrow ribbon or cord through the jump ring (I used a 1/8" satin). Hide the charms under the lowest layer of the cake (between the cake and the platter). Before the cake is cut, your guests can each pull a ribbon to see their fortune!
The tradition of putting charms in cakes started at weddings in the Victorian era. The charms were pulled by the bride's single friends. The tradition has now grown to enjoy at any occasion and to include anyone (or everyone) you'd like. Use for your bridesmaids at your reception. But also a fun game for a bridal or baby shower, engagement dinner or your next dinner party!
The charms are made of "Tibetan silver", a zinc metal alloy, pretty as silver, but far less expensive. All are lead- and nickel-free. Many are double-sided.

The charms vary in size, the largest is the Anchor (24x19mm), the smallest is the 4-Leaf Clover (15x11mm). Conversion: 25mm = 1 inch.
